  2. This user would like to be able to edit the font of the text on his Roofgraf proposals. He would also like to be able to include a copy of the image of the roof with the measurements (as displayed on page 2 of the roof report) with his PDF proposals.

  3. This user would like to be able to process the payment of deposits directly on his Roofgraf proposals.
    Some notes from Max:
    The roofer would like to provide his clients with payment receipts. He would also like to track the payments from the Job Details page. There should be a section entitled "Payments" with the total amount, and amount paid and a bar that shows the amount paid vs amount remaining to be paid. He should be able to log payments (much like we log notes now) and these should update the bar at the top of this section. Each…

  8. This user would like to create smart contracts in Roofgraf. He would like the Terms & Conditions to behave more like Adobe, where he can create fields (client name, for example) and populate values according to the specifications of the job

  9. This user would like to generate a quote for a repair job - without taking measurements.

    He'd like to generate the quote from the Jobs page, enter the price and SoW and have the option of different T&Cs for these proposals.

    He would also like to be able to identify these jobs as repairs, rather than full roof replacements.

  11. idea to have a few buttons. on every quote.
    for extra layer shingles,
    extra layer felt,
    maybe a triple option
    no decking
    re decking
    deck over
    just so the user does not have to dig farther into the system to access those options

  12. When selecting "Sign Again" at the bottom of a signed proposal, we are presented with the option to "Reset Signature". This option, if selected by the roofer, should remove the signature from the proposal and reset the Job Status to Quote Sent.

  15. It is difficult drawing on Android phone, due to the grey circles being too large - cannot add new lines because it keeps moving the points between two lines.

  18. Clients would like to be able to record the Type of a job - retail or insurance for example - this should be extra field in the Lead form and under Client Info on the Job Details page. This information should not appear on the proposal.

  19. Ability to store multiple email addresses per job (sometimes the husband and wife both want a version of the quote). The user should also be able to select if they'd like to send the proposal to both email address, or just one.

  20. Some clients have many templates, and right now these appear in a long list, requiring some scrolling to find the desired one. I recommend we allow them to "group templates" into different sub-sections (by manufacturer, or by shingle, for example). They should be able to name the groups and add any template to any number of groups.
