Create proposals without measurements (for repairs)
This user would like to generate a quote for a repair job - without taking measurements.
He'd like to generate the quote from the Jobs page, enter the price and SoW and have the option of different T&Cs for these proposals.
He would also like to be able to identify these jobs as repairs, rather than full roof replacements.
