Send a confirmation receipt everytime a proposal has been opened for the first time
To have Roofgraf send a confirmation receipt to Roofgraf account holder every time a proposal has been opened and sent out successfully.

Roofgraf will now send an email and/or SMS notification to the user assigned to a project when that project’s status changes from Quote Sent to Quote Viewed.
The status will update automatically as soon as your customer opens the web version of the proposal you sent.
Please ensure you have the correct email / phone number under Manage Staff to receive these notifications.
