As an installer, I would like to download the DocuSign Certificate of Completion directly in Solargraf instead of having to access it externally.

Clone a document template
I want to clone a document template

As an installer I'd like Document Templates to include ALL inverter quantity
If creating a project with 2 different facets, Document Templates only pull in 1 roof's materials.
There are also cases where we use 2 different inverter types, these need to be displayed in document templates.

As an installer, I’d like document templates to be unselected by default.
Right now, ALL templates are automatically selected. This adds additional clicks for users, when I'd like the ability to have them deselected and only apply the appropriate document templates.

Feature request: Enhanced functionality for custom placeholders (Formula)
The current implementation of custom placeholders is limited to static text fields. To improve flexibility and usability, we recommend expanding their functionality to support:
Formula parsing: Allow custom placeholders to evaluate basic formulas or expressions.
Integration with existing placeholders: Enable custom placeholders to reference and combine values from built-in placeholders (e.g., system size, production estimates, pricing).This enhancement would allow users to create dynamic, context-aware placeholders that adapt to proposal data, improving automation and reducing manual edits.
Would you like to include a few example use cases or mockups to illustrate how this could work in practice?

Include project or customer identifiers in contract notification emails
When Solargraf sends contract-related emails, especially when multiple contracts are sent within the same email thread, it can be difficult to distinguish which project or customer each notification refers to.
To improve clarity and workflow efficiency, it would be helpful if each contract notification email included identifying information, such as:
Project name or address
Customer name
Proposal ID or reference numberThis would allow installers and sales teams to quickly understand which contract the email refers to, without needing to open Solargraf or search manually.

More granular Can manage company documents permission
The user should be able to determine whether a particular user has access to their documents/sending documents on a project level without having full access to the company settigns document function.

Increase character limit of document template to 100,000
I would like to increase the character limit from 20,000 to 100,000 for document templates. Today I need to split the document into part 1 and part 2.
