I received this error and ever since whenever I try and open this account I just get a blank screen and am un able to do anything.

I understand your 3D is designed to compete with Aurora and we do not like Aurora
2D is very intuitive and user friendly,
Do not want to have to change to a slower more complicated process

I cannot see the list of our projects any more.. It only lists them by street address. I definitely do not memorize hundreds of street addr

We need to see the list BY PROJECT NAME, as we have used for many years.

Reduce the data consumed by solargraf
Is there anyway to reduce the data consumed?
issue : "I often have to hot spot to my phone to use solargraf. I have noticed that the amount of data used to make a solar layout and proposal is about 500mb. Is this normal? My phone data plan only provides 6gb of high speed data. Any way to reduce the amount of data consumed (may be in settings?)."1 vote -

Update Federal Tax incentive for California. It’s now 30%
1 voteTo apply the 30% ITC to a project, you can navigate to the Outdated Incentives on the Manage Incentives page and activate the 30% ITC. To apply it to an individual loan option, you can select the 30%ITC under the 'Applicable Incentives' field.

Maintain Incentives
Please maintain the Incentives in Solargraf. Cost to the client is 200 dollars a month and that should include this service.

Duplicate Address warning message is confusing
This client said the "Duplicate address" warning message really confused them because they thought they entered the address wrong and were creating an actual duplicate project (they were creating a project for a similar address). Could we make it so that the message states "a similar address already exists in your system" to not confuse our users?

Do not Re-log in every time you go to a new page
Get rid of having to re-log in every time you go to a new page. Very frustrating. Bad programming. Does not get any extra security...

Reviewing Leads Efficiently
When I am scrolling through my leads and click to check details on one client,I do NOT want to have to start from the beginning of my list again!It makes routine reviews so annoying.

Calculate SMART incentive on monthly production
This incentive is based on the months production, which changes every month. We currently calculate the yearly value and divide by 12 to get the average monthly, which does not compute accurate numbers when the revenue is on the kWh.
