To be able to hide the "Discounts and Incentives" bubble on the proposal, If there are none applicable. Customer seeing ZERO "Discounts and Incentives" is not an incentive.

Option to set up automatic proposalThere should be a way to set it up where quotes automatically expire after a specified period of time from creation. This way client's cant e-sign a quote that has been in their inbox for months while material prices increase.

Option to embed Homeowner name into quote email
I would like to see an option to have the name of the client/homeowner from the project automatically embedded into the Quote Email. This would ba a time savings if it could be overwritten or edited. Some names are tricky and the less keystrokes the better.

Adding additional spec sheets to other materials to be displayed in proposal
The panels and inverters have the capacity to set up a spec sheet that will be displayed on the proposal for both PDF and Web quote versions.
The user wants this feature to be extended to others by default, like flashing and racking.

When im about to send a quote and there are a few boxes.
name, email, additional email and body of message.
Can I suggest you make the body section take up more than 3 lines? can you extend it to 5 or 6 lines seen? it makes it hard to proof read and look at the message as a whole.1 vote -

Company Signature control
Id like to control who can sign the proposal from inside the company and control who receives copies of the agreements when they are signed.

Image Button Needs To Be Moved
The image of the property needs to NOT have the grey bar that cuts off the bottom 15-20% of the image. Depending on how the image is centered it can cut off panels and not give a good rendering of the image.

Add a View as Client button on the webquote for installers
When presenting to the homeowner we should have a front facing proposal without the settings showing. I know you can work around that by including yourself in the proposal sent to client, but it is in my opinion less efficient this way.

Old utility bill on loan option
My financing company wants to see the old utility bill on the loan option, Its appearing only on the buy option, buy I need that information on both.
