The underwriting displayed on the financing section of the proposal shall show all the incentives selected in the " Select Applicable Incent
When selecting multiple loans setup, the underwriting that displays the monthly payment when the ITC is not applied only includes the Residential Renewable Energy Tax Credit (ITC) 30% ( even if the client selects an additional incentive). All the incentives selected in the " Select Applicable Incentives" section of the loan modeling feature don't show up.

Show loan payment before and after tax credit is applied
We added a finance company that we work through into our system, which can be reflected in our proposals. This is a great feature, however, the "initial payment" displayed is what the payment would be if the customer decided to put the tax credit back into the loan and not what they will be paying month one. I'm guessing this is because we have the 30% tax credit in the proposal and it is automatically factored in, but this is not an accurate representation of what the customer's initial payment will be. It would be awesome if the proposal would…

Make cash vs financing toggle more visible in proposals
Homeowners often aren’t aware that multiple financing options are available in the proposal. Making the cash vs financing toggle more visible, especially within the payment or detailed proposal section, would help customers better understand their options and reduce confusion around pricing and payments

Reflection of credits on the monthly breakdown
The user needs a more clear representation of how the credits are applied to the utility bill without having to go to two different columns. (Utility and Credits column). Ideally you would be able to see the monetary impact in a more straightforward way, to your bill.

Allow me to model multiple payment loans with no ITC
I would like a request to see if the ITC can be taken away for a 2 payment loan. I have a 10 year loan that is interest only for 24 months with 20 year amortization- however, we are not taking advantage of the ITC in its full or potentially at all, because of their tax situation. This is important because we are going to be offering this loan from the bank for multiple commercial projects and need to have a comparative ROI to best help our customer make a decision.

Loan Rate Effective Date
Would like an effective dates for loans so the customer brings up correct loan rates. If a loan partner is changing rates, it is difficult to be able to implement the loan changes on the exact date it changes. It would be good to enter ahead of time with the effective date to allow the proposal to display the rates that are effective on the day they open the proposal, assuming they haven't signed the proposal.

Down Payment for financing proposal
I also wanted to see if Solargraf would be interested in having a "Down Payment" option show up on a customer's proposal when they select a financing option up top? Maybe the customer can type in how much they want to put down and it would take it right off the top and calculate a new monthly payment? I think this would be something very interesting......

to improve homeowner credit application for goodleap.
- The homeowner credit application for Goodleap should be easier. It has too many options available, and it is a lot better to use the lender's portal

Solar Loan proposal-- Top of page add in :show incentives and net Solar cost
When displaying the loan proposal .. the top part shows Loan amount , interest rate, payment etc ... but it does not display deduction of incentives ( Tax credit etc ) This causes problems 1) it makes price look inflated because not showing incentives and net solar cost after incentives. 2) Since this section not show incentives it also creates problem when trying to explain the tax credit $ --- which is not displayed in this section needs to be reinvested in loan in 18 months ... hard to have customers acknowledge this on a $ that is not even…

Please put "Contract" in the header/footer for Sunlight Requirements
Sunlight Financial is rejecting my clients signed proposals because they do not say "Contract" on the header/footer. It says "Solar Proposal" at the top of each page. Please change it to "Solar Contract" to satisfy Sunlight Financial requirements.
