Add Monthly Lease Payment in Dollars
In some financiers' portals, the rep receives a monthly payment. PlugPV wants to be able to enter this under financing options as well as adding a tile on the proposal containing the dollar amount lease payment. Solargraf should in this case reverse engineer the rate (where rate * production = payment).

As a user I want the option to have percentage based down payments on Loan financing options.

Support delayed payment start for lease and PPA options
Needed ability to set the start-date of Lease payments. Our company covers the first 12-months of lease payments for our customers and we'd like to be able to show the customer that they will not have a solar lease payment for a whole year.
In past, we have also received request for downpayment/due at signing for lease and PPAs.

Allow entry of 0% Advertised APR
Allow 0% to be entered into the Advertised APR when setting up a loan, because we have a 0% APR loan we are offering.

Allow multiple incentives to be automatically applied to loans
Sungage financial is the first lender to defer the federal and state incentive. I have added both incentives to the loan. But I still have to go into each project and manually add state incentive.
This is a minor issue but does bring quite a headache.

Interest Only Financing Option - HELOC
Solargraf needs a clean way to show financing options with interest only payments (like a HELOC through a bank or credit union). I understand there's a workaround by using the payment factor %. However, the payment factor % needed to calculate the right monthly payment for interest only results in a wrong APR in the proposal. This also triggers a disclosure in the proposal about Incentive Payments that isn't relevant and causes customer concerns.

NYSERDA bridge loan support
As a user I want the ability to model NYSERDA Bridge loans.
These loans are funded by two sources, NYSERDA will only fund up to 25k and the remaining project cost would be funded by a second lender. I want the ability to show this all within the same proposal with the appropriate loan amount distributions.

Multiple Loans Used for Project
Allow multiple loans to be utilized (not just displayed) on a single project and to be forecast by Solargraf. The user wants to have the user have one project financed by more than one loan at a time.
