As an installer, I'd like line breaks in the notes section of Leads
Today, the leads notes section comes in as one long sentence, this is tough to read. We'd like to be able to add line breaks in there to make it more readable.

Allow Placing Salespersons into Teams with a Team Lead
Have user hierarchy, where you have Salespersons split into different teams that report to a Team Lead, and that Team Lead can only see projects from their Salespersons, and not from other teams.

Text only notification as a general setting
Please let the design team know that it would be very helpful to be able to choose how we want to be notified when a customer has opened their quote as a "General" setting capability. I only want to receive text messages, I don't like it when my inbox is flooded with email alerts every time a customer opens their quote. I would rather not have to click on "text only" and unclick "email receipt" for every proposal I send. Contracts included in PDF like Terms and Conditions
Contracts or documents attached to the financing option do not download attached/included with PDF. They need it to be attached like the terms and conditions to download with PDF and not separately.

Ability to Reorder Lists in Company Settings
Example: In Company Settings > Company Info > Document Templates, items are listed in the order they were created. The order can only be adjusted by deleting items from the list and re-adding them in the desired sequence.
There should be the ability to reorder lists in areas of Company Settings that allow for new items to be added, such as by dragging items to a specific place or adding a mechanism to shift items up and down in the arrangement.

User List Export
Allow exporting the User https://app.solargraf.com/companies/20008/users page as a CVS, or excel file. Alternatively configure the CSS of the page to allow copy pasting.
Every month our company is looking to verify no extra User accounts exists. While the project export is useful, it would likely provide duplicates in addition to missing certain users.
I was able to copy the list through a raw of the HTML, but that took a lot of additional time to sort through, and did not include email addresses. position tags, nor any other useful information.

As an installer I want the Project Time Line to have a formula based on CA law for deposits
The law in CA states that the initial deposit of a project is either 10% of the gross amount of the deal or $1000 whichever is less. So it would be "If "Gross Amount" x 10% > $1000.00 then show $1000, if not then show "Gross Amount" x $10%.
The alternative display would be (but more complex):
The law in CA is: At Contract signing contractor can not charge more than $1000 OR 10% of contract price (whichever is less.)If we had a contract for 30k we can charge $1000 but not 10% (3,000)

Remove mandatory default pricing for Batteries for BDT/Ppw
Solargraf should not require any default pricing for solar ppw or for batteries. we should be able to add batteries to a favorites list similar to modules and should not be required to have default pricing. for companies that customize pricing based on the project, default pricing makes everything so much more difficult and annoying.

custom ppw should not revert to default when adders are changed
If the project ppw is adjusted to a custom ppw, it should not revert back to the default ppw when adders and discounts are changed. it would also be nice if there was a way to save the history of what pricing has been shown and how it has changed

Do not require pricing for Grid tied and backup battery all at the same tim
In battery pricing table, an amount is required for every line item leading to a lot of time for setup.
The request is to not make them all a requirement to move on and save.
