Explain why integrated TPO products can't be imported to a project
This user had solar price set to $0 (as is their standard practice, they price using adders)
And went to import TPO products. The dialog told them to add a customer name, phone and email (which were all present). The dialog advised there were no products to show.
When the user set a solar price greater than $0, the financing products were successfully imported
This user wants better guidance (in-app) on how to resolve such issues
