As an installer, I want a seperate materials list for System expansion projects
Right now, when we select materials they are added to a singular list.
We would like them segmented for new projects vs System expansion. This would also mean that only materials related to each project would be available upon project creation.

When adding older panels and inverters for system add-on details, don't save those old panels and inverters to our materials list.
