More robust tool (cache or other doesn't crash)
Super frustrating - 2nd weekend in a row where your tool was unusable and no "support" to fix it. Something gets jammed up where it won't refresh or save, and ctl+f5 , rebooting and cleaning cache won't fix it. Starting over on brand new projects - still wouldn't save it.
Suggesting to make more reliable, giving tools to fix it, or having staff available until you do fix it...
Nothing fancy here - windows 10, laptop, using chrome. Other "hosted" tools wok fine...
