Custom Placeholder Functionality (% percentage value)
Add additional functionality to custom placeholders such as a "Deposit" custom placeholder that I can input a value of a certain percentage of system cost as the placeholder value rather than a static value.

We need to be able to add a placeholder on the agreements for any note sections, for when the homeowner is getting any extra things such as a roof, most homeowners want to see "reroofing included" under notes in the contract, currently we have a notes section on the agreement but can't write any notes.

An open text field placeholder that you can edit on the single document template for that customer while you are on the go so while reps are with the customer they can edit the document template through the proposal for different adders and extra costs.
