Split up consumption data from utility data, or provide specific permissions for each
Currently Utility and rate selection is on the same pre-design and Utility settings page as entering Usage/Consumption data. As an installer, I want to be able to restrict access to changes to the utility information (Rate selection, inflation rate, buy back and sell rates) but continue to allow outside sales rep to enter homeowner consumption.
And/Or - provide specific permissions to restrict data entry for each of these sections from the utility page
