Add utility bill number to contract template
Hello,
We need to add utility bill account number to have it show up in the contract template when the customer signs our contract and right now we don't know of a way to make it automatically be inserted.
I know there's a way to add a custom placeholder in the pdf, but that means the sales reps need to remember to add the account number before sending the contract for signing.
Suggestion 1: a custom place holder could be added to prompt the sales rep or customer to input this information while they are signing.
Suggestion 2: adding a custom field to the general information tab?
Please let me know if there's a workaround at this time. I will appreciate any help.
