Separate Timelines by Loan Provider and Cash/Loan Hybrids
We have more than 1 loan provider because some offer better packages for different customer’s financial circumstances. It would be helpful to have a project timeline associated with a specific loan provider as each provider has different timelines in and percentage completion of the project they will pay out at. So, loan provider 1 may pay out 50% day 1, 30% day 10, and 20% at completion. Another may pay out 30% day 1 and 70% at completion. We also have some customers who pay of portion of the project in cash and the remainder is funded by a loan. The loan payout timelines would be controlled by the loan provider, but the cash portion also needs to show on the project timeline somewhere, but only when it applies. It would be a good thing to also link a cash amount to the project timeline for these hybrid customers. Without this, we need to enable/disable these steps manually at the project level which is very prone to error.
