Good morning. This is Nick Kadlec with NM Solar Group. This is more of a need for us to continue to use Solargraf as a company than an idea, but when I called the support line this was where I was directed to make this need known. We have begun the process of using Blubanyan's solar success software to connect our company and its processes. They utilize enerflo integrations using celigo. We are being told that solargraf does not allow for the use of celigo, but only zapier . Our need is for Solargraf to allow for the celigo integration. I understand there may be a preference for zapier but there are two big issues with zapier in that it only allows for Leads in to SG and only Projects Out from SG to NS. Nothing can be sent back in any other directions. Zapier also doesn't collect or send any internal ID #s which means it will be very hard to match whatever project info they do feed from SG to get to the correct NS project. The use of address was suggested: but that's not a good field for things like this, as text fields cause too many issues (Ex North vs. N., Road vs rd. etc.) All other api/connectors use internal id's/ something that is more structured consistently. Solo and OpenSolar allow for other integration options beyond zapier and we are needing Solargraf to do the same. I believe this is a great opportunity for Solargraf to; 1. Make Solargraf even better, and , 2. Accomodate and support NM Solar Group, a large, loyal, and growing customer, in order to allow us to continue on with Solargraf!
