Notes/Appt/Follow-up Fields for Lead Page
On Leads Page:
1- Add a "Notes" Field
2- Make Appt Field modifiable for Sales Rep
3- Add a "Follow-Up Date" Field
4- Add a "Next Action" Field
5- Disconnect the Calendar and Clock dropdowns from Date/Time fields.
