Livechat box blocks the entire left side of my screen

How I am supposed to get good customer service when the chat box blocks the entire left side of my screen.

When in the chat box, it blocks the view of the dashboard.

How about making it so that you can drag the chat box out of the way, so you can continue on and keep the chat box open.
