have the option on Project Timeline to calculate steps based on % of TOTAL project cost
Currently SG's timeline calculates the % of the timeline based on the project price - any other fixed amounts from the other steps.
The user needs to have the option on the Project Timeline to calculate every % step based on the % of TOTAL project cost without the fixed costs playing a factor.
