Make the fin analysis better readable
I would like to submit an idea about the Financial Analysis page.
An example of some numbers on this page is as follows:
Price of Turn Key solution 34,245
Cross costs 29,995
Incentives 7798.70
Net system cost 22196.39
I stepped into the shoes of a customer and read the Financial analysis page.
The question that popped up is how is the 29995 determined. I keep looking at all the numbers on that specific page and nothing explained it. It's made clear on the next page for sure but me as a customer, who is not used to the format, and thus have to puzzle and take a calculator to figure it out got a negative experience/impression.
Knowing that every customer needs to go through and understand 3 proposals and thus 3 different formats to figure out, I would try to be the company that would make it as easy as possible for the customer.
So by adding the discount between the 34245 and the 29995 would significantly clarify this financial analysis.
Secondly idea/proposal for change:
The same is valid for the "Cost of not going solar" on that same page. As a customer I would like to know how that number is determined. It's a great number to know as it clearly indicates that going solar makes all the sense in the world. But how do I know how that number is real.
Let me know what you think
