  1. Bug: Cannot change user roles

    When the user changes one of the other user’s roles and clicks save, the changes do not save.

  2. Deliver updates in a "What's New?" messaging tab (similar to online banking portals)

    This user would like to receive notifications of updates to the Roofgraf service in a "What's New?" messaging tab, perhaps under Support or on the Home page.

    This will allow him to digest information about changes and improvements to the tool in a non-intrusive way.

    We have recently launched a new Help Center.

    You can find this by clicking on the ? icon in the bottom-left corner of the page.

    Here, you’ll see a tab for Product Updates. Most updates will land here from now on.

    From time to time, we may publish Announcements on the homepage if we feel these require immediate attention.

    Hoping this process will be less intrusive moving forward!

  3. Hide Live Chat to prevent loss of Show Dimensions button

    This User is unable to close the Live Chat and this prevents him from using the Show / Hide Dimensions button on the drawing tool.
