Factoring in waste to BOM
BOM doesn't account for waste. When we order a roof we typically order while taking waste into account. We generally only do this for underliner and shingle. It isn't a major issue to go in and manually add the additional material but if we had an option to have certain items account for waste that might help to automate the estimator further.
