Formatting of utility CSVs
We see the formatting in the 60 min interval and 15 min interval CSV templates is different. This causes issues for us downloading from the utility. Can you make them consistent. ie slashes in date vs dashes, and leading 0 vs no leading 0

Support for Net Billing for calculating savings
Net billing is different than net metering. The primary difference between net billing and net metering is that there are differing rates used to value the excess energy fed into the grid and energy received from the grid under net billing.
