Allow HO/Customers to enter custom financing
There at one time was an option in the financing section for the customer to enter their own financing options. It would adjust the payback period and ROI. That is something was really useful. Can that be brought back?

Do not show the Dealer Fee Percentage Automatically as Markup
Have a feature where the installer can choose whether the dealer fee percentage shows up as margin or markup, and not automatically be shown the dealer fee percentage as markup.
1 voteUsers have the option of defining the dealer fee as % margin or markup in their financial option settings. Solargraf does not default to a specific setting but rather uses what the user defines.

Use the Federal Tax Rate in Pricing page for ITC calculation
I have applied both a MACRS and ITC incentive to my project. Why is the 0.3 on the pricing page only used to compute my MACRS incentive, but does not override the ITC 26% incentive calculation?
1 voteThe Federal Tax bracket and the federal solar incentive (of 26%) are two unrelated items. One describes the tax bracket for the company, the other is a solar tax credit. For this reason we are declining this request which would identify the two items as being the same.

Filling in Down Payment Field in Loan Form reduces 26% ITC
The down payment to be applied in a matter that would not reduce the federal tax credit when filled in on the loan form. For the federal tax credit to stay the same with the down payment But keep the correct monthly payments.
1 voteCurrently, the addition of a down payment amount does not impact the calculation of the federal investment tax credit (26% ITC). You may refer to the attached screenshots for more information.
For this reason, we are declining this feature request.

Reflect the Loan Amount not the Utility & Loan Total at the top of the Proposal.
To whom it may concern,
Is it possible to have the option on the web proposal top section “Own the System, Estimated Monthly Payment” reflect the Loan Payments amount. Not the Estimated Total Monthly Payments. With so much Finance options in the market it will be beneficial to have just the finance price reflect on the top of the proposal. Having the utility and finance amount on the top gives us the disadvantage with the competition. I feel like the Loan Option tab right under that tab I’m referring too is good enough, showing all the details of what the…

Payment Schedule for California
I do business in California so the maximum down payment I can collect is 10% up to $1,0000.
So I have to calculate and edit each proposal to enter the payment schedule.
If you can make it an option to have the last payment calculated that would make things easier to automate as my volume increases.

Option to have the project steps equal the net cost not the gross system cost
Option to have the project steps equal the net cost not the gross system cost. There are incentives that are given to the installer and thus in turn lower the payments for a project. Adding the incentive as a discount is the only workaround for now.

In Usage Breakdown, add a row/column showing monthly value from MACRs
Add a row in Usage Breakdown chart showing the amount the customer will receive from the MACRs. Specifically on the PDF. As there is no pop up on the PDF, the Savings looks very large when the MACRs is applied with no obvious explanation as to where this amount is coming from.

Adjusting the Navopache Renewable Energy Incentive Program (Residential < 10kW)
Hi, Justin with the Solar exchange here. We had an issue arise with the “ Navopache Renewable Energy Incentive Program (Residential < 10kW)”. The incentive is still available if the package produces more Than 10kW, it just does not apply to the excess. We had a customer who was very alarmed because the quote said that it was unavailable due to his package being a little more than 10kW.
Can you please adjust your software accordingly1 vote -
NY Resi Incentive cap
In NY when I design a system over 25 kW you withhold the residential NY Sun Incentive. NY allows you to go over 25 kW DC for Residential. Incentive is capped at 25 kW DC value of $8750. Please change this. You are cost me $ by forcing me to make these systems smaller.. anything over 25 kW should fix the incentive value at 25 kW DC
