1. Display modal Monthly Loan Payment rather than Initial Monthly Payment

   This user would like to change the way loan payments are displayed. He has a credit union loan in which the monthly payment reduces significantly after year 1 (assuming the ITC is paid down). At present, the proposal only displays the monthly payment for year 1 (which is significantly higher than the monthly payment for the remaining 19 years of the loan). He feels this under-sells the benefits of solar and makes the loan seem less compelling than it is in reality. He requests that we display the "predominant" monthly payment - the modal payment across the term of the loan, and highlight with a * that the payment will actually be higher during the first 12 months of the loan (or until the ITC is paid down).
